Architecture for the Silhouette Arrives in Macau

In November 2025, Katerin Theys presented her Autumn/Winter 2025 collection at The Ritz-Carlton, Macau, as part of Macau’s Belgian Days.

The exhibition introduced visitors to the designer’s unique vision of fashion as “architecture for the silhouette” — a philosophy shaped by her background as an interior architect and her years living and working in Hong Kong.

The Autumn/Winter 2025 collection explored themes of Art Nouveau, surrealism, and architectural storytelling through limited-edition demi-couture pieces featuring hand-developed prints and exceptional fabrics.

Designed as trans-seasonal garments, many pieces can be worn in multiple ways through belts, knotting techniques, and adjustable silhouettes, allowing the wearer to shape the garment according to their own style.

The exhibition also followed a landmark year for the brand, including the international visibility gained through Princess Astrid’s selection of Katerin Theys designs during the Belgian Economic Mission to California.

Visitors to Macau were invited to experience the collection through a series of showroom presentations and meet-and-greet sessions with the designer.
